Concep Machine Company continues its tradition of directing our engineering and manufacturing expertise toward design and construction of high performance, special purpose machinery. Since our start in 1967, we have built our reputation on delivering high quality equipment capable of providing reliable long term service.
We excel at cam-controlled, synchronous assembly machine design and build work. Using precision cut cams to control tooling motions offers the highest repeatability and reliability. By driving all cams with a common drive, these machines offer the highest efficiency or lowest cost to operate. Cam actuated machines provide lower mean time between failure [MTBF] than any other means of process automation.
We draw our solutions from time tested standard mechanisms and synchronous chassis as well as hybrid mechanisms that enable our customers to reliably manufacture and deliver their products to the marketplace.
